Trigger to start this site

Already years we encounter many people and websites which confuse or think that those who use the name of the Only One True God Jehovah would be members of the Watchtower and Bible Tract Society or Jehovah Witnesses Organisation.

In the 19th century several Bible Students left our non-organised community to find a more structured base at the Bible Students under the lead of Judge Rutherford, who made his organisation into the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society Pennsylvania Headquarters

The non profit corporation formed in 1884 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. with the full name “Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania” ‘WTBTS) better known as the Jehovah’s Witnesses, proclaims to be a religious, educational, and charitable organisation in particular, to “preach and teach the gospel of God’s Kingdom under Christ Jesus”. From the 19th century onwards lots of people found their way to God by this organisation. Several people in that organisation came in conflict with the Governing Body and found it time to look for an other organisation, whilst others also left that organisation to become a trinitarian or an atheist. People around the world came in contact with Jehovah’s Witnesses (JW) by their door to door preaching. Them mentioning all the time the Name of god made that when others came along, like us, they thought they too where Jehovah’s Witness, though those other preachers witnessing for Jehovah not being Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Lots of people hated it to be disturbed on Sunday mornings by those door to door preachers of the WTBTS and that aversion made pepole to give their disgust a word on the internet. Several people who left the organisation were so disenchanted and annoyed by that organisation they started reacting on the internet against the Witnesses tout court. A lot of ex-JW started their own platform to warn people about the methods of the organisation but several also to go against Jehovah (as if He had ruined their life). as such we can find the horrible site of CARM the Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry which nearly presents a war against all non-trinitarian denominations.

CARM as a 501(c)3, non-profit, Christian ministry manages to receive a lot of money and to use such financial aid to battle against real lovers of God. It says to be

“dedicated to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ and the promotion and defense of the Christian Gospel, doctrine, and theology. “

by that it means the false doctrines agreed by the clergy in the 4th century CE. From her trinitarian point of view CARM analyses religious and non-religious movements and compares them to their vision of the Bible and not according to Biblical doctrines. As such they examine abortion, atheism, evolution, Islam, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormonism, relativism, Roman Catholicism, Wicca, universalism, (and more), along with Christian preachers and teachers.  They want their readers to believe that in all their analyses they use the Bible as the final standard of truth in order to defend and promote Christianity, but by distorting the Biblical truth, they try to mislead the people and get them away from the real absolute Truth.

That site we know already for years and in the time of MSN Groups we too reacted against them, but after a while did no effort any more. We thought it not worth to spend time or to endeavour giving a proper insight in the thought of real believers and followers of the bible. Until recently when we came in contact with a WordPress site with the title undercoverjw. There we learned about someone who perhaps had good intentions but also had a mind full of questions and uncertainties. The blogger of that site writes

By “going undercover” among the Jehovah’s Witnesses, I mean that so far they think that I’m an interested Bible student, and thus a prospect for possibly becoming a new Jehovah’s Witness. They do not yet seem to know that I have ulterior motives. if they knew, my JW friends would be forbidden to meet with me or even talk with me. {Undercover JW}

From his writing we learn he is a trinitarian who would love to get the non-trinitarian Bible students of the JW Organisation to convert to his umbilical church (whatever that church might be). Clearly he shows that he has a hidden agenda.

I am a born-again, evangelical Christian, seeking to influence them away from their dependency on the Watchtower Society, and toward a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.{Undercover JW}

It are those last reasons that disturbed us some what. Because it seems that he does that undercover work already more than ten years though still did not come to see the Biblical Truth that Jesus is the son of God and not a god incarnated. We do find that a shame and not understandable. Either this shows the lack of that organisation to give adequate teaching so that people come to know the Bible teachings, or it shows that, like warned in Matthew 13, the person of that blog has blind eyes and is not willing to hear the Words of the Bible like they are given unto mankind and does not want to open his eyes for God’s Word.

Having to do with him and all those people who are confused because they focus more on an organisation of men, instead of concentrating on the message, that we thought it useful to start again a platform where we shall react against people who unify the WBTS with the non-trinitarian faith and those who have the wrong idea that it are the only one denomination in Christianity who have such teachings of Jesus being  the son of God and not being the God son.

It are such groups like CARM and people like . For them those lovers of God their rejection of the Triune godhead has them placing into “Cults” seemingly not knowing what it means to be a cult or cult member. The majority of Trinitarian groups very difficult to get in as a member but very easy to get out (what is not particularly a sign of a cult) and several of them even never demanding money (what lots of the trinitarian churches do)? They accuse those unitarians as being

strangers to biblical truth

and being

under the influence of Satan. {Christadelphian Hogwash}

From their writings we can see that a lot of vitriol is flowing from their pens instead of the love of Christ. It is such un-christian like attitude which should give enough signs to others that such people or groups are not the right ones to associate with. But because of their fluency of playing with words and caressing the human traditions people shall have more tendency to stay connected with such wordly people instead of contacting the more religious people who do not want to be of this world.

To our regret we see many ex-Jehovah’s Witnesses lured in the trap of such organisations and people who want to have more control over them, or getting them in their church system. Being disappointed by the Jehovah’s Witnesses their organisation, being brainwashed that they alone would have the truth and would teach the oneness of God, many ex-JW do not take an effort to look for other Unitarians and because of their bad experiences often become rigid anti-Jehovah’s Witnesses.

We express our hope that such anti-Jehovah’s Witnesses may come to see that out of the life or after the life with Jehovah’s Witnesses there are enough possibilities in Christianity to come a member of a community where the love of Christ is shared and where people give preference to keep to biblical Truth and to neglect or to put aside the human doctrines.

When living in this world we  may never forget that there is a great difference between faith and belief, and the practising of that faith with other people and/or in a certain community/denomination or organisation.

For sure it is taught by Christ to follow him and to gather wither other believers. But he did not specified any denomination, because all denominations should be a part of that spiritual body of Christ.
With this platform we sincerely hope we can shed a light on the position of biblical figures and on several people who want to give their life to Jehovah God, like Jesus has done.
