Reading Grade-Level of main English Bible Versions

To come to know God and His Plans peoples have received the Word of God in the Bible a book of books in several languages of peoples.
In the English language you may also find lots of Bible translations.

Have you ever wonder some Bible Versions are easier to understand while others are not? Here are the Reading Grade-Level of main Bible Versions.

English Bible translations reading grade level

“It is apparent from the chart’s reading-level figures that contemporary translations as a rule gear themselves to the elementary school level or slightly above. That means that most translations of this century are suitable for children.”
—- From Robert L. Thomas’ “How to Choose a Bible Version”

We can also know that the English Bibles are suitable for international students. You can read NKJV, NIV with reading grade-level of seven. The KJV Bible requires the highest reading grade-level in all versions.

– From the Olivet University’s seminary blog

With so many translations available to us, how do we know which one to choose? View the various translations as a spectrum. On the one end, you have the “Word for Word” translations, and on the other end are “Paraphrases” with “Thought for Thought” in the middle. The original language is translated word-for-word for serious study, and thought-for-thought for casual reading. I wouldn’t recommend paraphrase versions.
Comparing multiple translations to get a fuller sense of the text. here aligned in parallel with differences highlighted – Colors are used to highlight words that vary from the base text selected for comparison.
